Our Team

Roberto is the CFO of FININC Group that he joined in 2015 to establish the structure finance department and subsequently coordinate the initiatives aimed at developing a portfolio of infrastructure concessions.  Formerly a financial analyst in equity capital markets for almost 20 years, he has been covering the motorways, utilities and energy sector and heading the equity research department for major international investment banks. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Turin.

Massimo joined the FININC Group in 2015 to oversee the analysis, structuring and coordination of structured finance operations at Group level, including PPP and concession tenders, and, since 2025, also serves as Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury. Previously, he gained over 20 years of experience in investment banking and financial services, focusing on structured and leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance and M&A transactions across infrastructure, industrial, multiutility and shipping sectors. He holds a degree in Business and Economics from Bocconi University.

Alessandro joined FININC Group in June 2018 as part of the Structured Finance team focusing on project finance and PPP, financial asset management and investor relations within the infrastructure sector. Formerly with Deloitte from 2016 to 2018, he holds a Master’s degree in economics from University of Turin.

Giacomo joined the FININC Group in 2022 as part of the Structured Finance team, contributing to major Italian infrastructure transactions, including the A3 project bond issuance, the A21 financing and related equity investments. Previously, he worked as an Analyst at AECOM in New York from 2019 to 2022, focusing on large scale infrastructure and construction projects. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and an MSc in Construction Management from Columbia University, and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2025.

Marco joined the FININC Group in February 2020 as part of the Structured Finance team, contributing to major Italian infrastructure transactions. His experience includes the management of SPV EPC-phase activities, the issuance of the A3 project bond, the structuring and management of securitization vehicles under Italian Law 130, and the coordination of bank relationships throughout medium to long-term financing due diligence processes. He holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome, graduating with honors.

Michele joined FININC Group in 2023 as part of the structured finance team, where he is involved in infrastructure project finance and PPP — covering concession bids, debt structuring and investor relations — as well as corporate finance transactions. Prior to joining FININC, he gained experience working in Global Markets at an international investment bank in Milan, covering both corporate and institutional clients. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University, with a major in Asset Management and Quantitative Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from the same institution.

Giorgio joined the FININC Group in 2023 as part of the Structured Finance team, focusing on corporate finance activities, including structured financings, financial planning and financial analysis, as well as the ongoing monitoring of financing agreements. He holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Markets from the University of Turin.

Giuseppe joined the FININC Group in April 2024 as part of the Structured Finance team, focusing on financial modelling for the Group’s concession projects, financial asset management, and the preparation of business plans and financial forecasts for valuation purposes, leveraging a multidisciplinary approach to infrastructure asset analysis deriving from his background in Management Engineering. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.

Leonardo joined the FININC Group in June 2025 as part of the Structured Finance team, contributing to infrastructure and project finance activities through financial analysis, business plan preparation and support in ongoing financing transactions. He previously gained professional experience in international tax and audit within consulting firms, as well as in corporate finance at a boutique advisory firm. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Turin.
